9 - Ramen bento


No, I haven't disappeared - well, at least not permanently ;-) I was in Perth last week on a business trip and only got back on Saturday night. I didn't have the opportunity to do much exotic-ingredient shopping on Sunday, so this bento features some old (and easy!) favourites instead. On the top layer: passionfruit and Bethonga pineapple in scooped-out passionfruit "cups". On the bottom layer: Ramen stir-fry and tsukune chicken with a coriander leaf garnish. These Nudie Crushies are made right here in Sydney, so they're not very exotic. But wow, are they ever tasty - and healthy, too!
