12 - Tempura bento


One of my favourite winter dishes at our local Japanese restaurant is tempura served with a soba noodle soup. I tried to duplicate it here, by tempura-ing some carrot, kumera, and prawns in my wok, then adding them to my own Soba Noodle Soup. The plastic fishies contain a mixture of soy sauce and sesame oil.
